Valoriani Commercial Serie GR offers several model sizes to meet the demanding needs of restaurants and commercial applications; providing exceptional and consistent performance even during a period of most intense work.

Supplied in a modular kit form for ease of installation, the Serie GR consists of;

  • crown’s elements,
  • arch,
  • metal flue manifold,
  • iron door,
  • hi-grade insulation,
  • refractory mortar,
  • floor components made of 100% naturally quarried “cotto” clay –

the cooking floor contains a high content of alumina, perfectly smoothed which gives the ovens two very important features; total lack of foreign smells & tastes, perfect cooking of pizzas, baked dishes & an array of different foods. The oven components must be installed on a base, after the assembly process there are endless possibilities as to the design of the external oven finish.
